These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OptionsKing website and the OptionsKing Android and iOS apps (together, the "Services"), provided by OptionsKing ("we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
OptionsKing scans tickers for potential options-selling opportunities (such as covered calls and cash-secured puts), computes scores and probabilities, and lets you log and review your own trades.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You can use the core Services without an account. If you choose to sign in (for example, with Google) to enable cloud backup and sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you sign in with and for all activity under your OptionsKing account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Quotes, option data, and related figures shown in the Services are delayed (typically by approximately 15 minutes) and are provided "as is" for general information. They are not suitable for real-time trading decisions. We are not liable for any discrepancies, delays, inaccuracies, or unavailability of market data. When a fresh quote cannot be obtained, the Services will decline to generate a recommendation rather than show a stale price.
Options trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for every investor. You may lose some or all of your invested capital, and certain strategies can expose you to losses greater than your initial outlay. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make and any resulting gains or losses.
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure; (c) attempt to access data that is not yours; (d) resell or redistribute market data obtained through the Services in violation of the providers' terms; or (e) use the Services to provide investment advice to third parties.
The Services, including their software, design, text, and branding, are owned by OptionsKing and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. Data you create and log remains yours.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall OptionsKing or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OptionsKing and its developers from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the app or on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
